We celebrated World Book Day at school by holding our annual Scholastic Book Fair and a day of book-ish fun, organised by Ms. Whelan. The children dressed up as their favourite book character and they enjoyed a book quiz and a Bear Hunt in the school gardens. The children spent their World Book Day vouchers at the Book Fair and we are grateful to all those who supported our Book Fair by purchasing books. We are delighted to have €136 in credit to spend on books for class libraries. We also added a selection of audiobooks to our school library this month.
